We partner with your favorite Shabbos food stores to ensure that all your essentials are delivered right to your doorstep on Friday afternoon. Whether you're spending time with friends in an Airbnb, gathering with family at home, or enjoying Shabbos in yeshiva, we make your experience seamless and worry-free.

How do I place an order?

To place your Sh'munch order, simply visit our website or app and select your favorite Shabbos food items. Make sure to complete your order by 6 PM on Thursday for Friday delivery.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to a variety of locations, including apartments, Airbnbs, and yeshivas. As long as you are near Jerusalem or surrounding areas. Any further deliveries will cost more, but please reach out to our sales team and we can see what we can accomodate.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! For large orders we can always customize to your preferences. Reach out to our sales team Via the "Contact Us" Section.

What time will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver all orders on Friday afternoon from 8:30am-1pm, just in time for your Shabbos preparations. Times may vary depending on location and order demand. You’ll receive a notification when you're order is delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

You can make changes to your order up until the 10 PM Thursday cutoff. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, and contact our customer service for assistance.

What's the Refund Policy?

Orders are due at 10 pm on Thursday. After the deadline, orders cannot be edited or canceled. No refunds can be processed after this point.
